FHA Condo Approval Specialist: December 2013

ActiveRain blogging is an important element to our marketing.  I have been writing articles for ActiveRain for several years.  Despite only having posted sporadically until June 2013, all of the business that has come to me outside of Connecticut has done so because of my AR articles.

Whenever I write a post, I broadcast it to my other social media sites including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.  Aside from activity in the LinkedIn Groups and the occasional Retweet, I rarely get any noticeable activity from other sites.

Last month, on Twitter we began following a property manager in Pittsburg called Acri Realty; they followed us back and sent us a direct message “Your blog is a great resource.  Thanks for following us”.

Jeff, our guy who in charge of the Twitter stuff, checked out Acri’s site and offered for me to write blog articles for their site.  They responded positively and I called the person in charge of their site.

After a fantastic hour-long conversation with Michele, it was clear that she was so busy with Acri’s site and the sites that they manage for their condominium association clients that providing to her several articles per month about condominiums and FHA project approvals is exactly what she had been looking for.

She posted one earlier this week and sent the link to me.  Not only are we promoting it through our social media outlets, so is she!  I am thrilled to be able to help her and to have the articles reach more people.

By the way, I welcome anyone to connect with me on any of the social media sites.  Please click any of the social media icons or logos below to find me.
